Inspired by the works of great storytellers like Joseph Campbell, Morgan Llewyllen, and, from a younger age, Rick Riorden, The Redleaf Branch is a place to explore and discuss the significance of myth and storytelling as it relates to modern media. Novel, Film, and even Video Games are, each and all, a valid medium to explore cultures both familiar and  foreign. By exploring real world mythology and history and understanding their modern adaptations into recent and contemporary fiction, I believe we can form a greater understanding of the world and our role in it.
